How this work unfolds
Part of Dr. Renu Goyal’s clinical practice in Noida—private sessions with a clear plan, not a one-off chat.
Family therapy looks at how everyone fits together—not only one “problem person.” In a respectful setting, each member can be heard, and the family can agree on small changes that reduce heat at home.
You will know what we are working on, why, and how we will check whether it is helping—without pressure to commit further than feels right.

Common questions
About families support.
If your question is more general, the full FAQ covers booking, privacy, and first sessions.
Does everyone have to attend every time?
Not always. We decide who needs to be in the room for each step. Sometimes subgroups meet first so the full family session is safer.
What if one person refuses?
Work can still begin with those who are willing. Change in one part of the system often shifts the rest—gently, not by force.
Is this the same as couples counselling?
Related, but broader. Couples work focuses on the partnership; family therapy includes children, co-parents, and wider household patterns.
