With more than 18 years of clinical experience, Dr. Renu Goyal is an RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist, Special Educator, researcher, speaker, and mental health advocate. She helps people across the lifespan—from young children to older adults—combining scientific, evidence-based care with empathy and individualised treatment for emotional, behavioural, developmental, relationship, and mental health challenges.
Her journey spans hospitals, multidisciplinary clinics, schools, rehabilitation centres, research institutions, and community settings. Clinical philosophy
Effective therapy begins with understanding the individual.
Four principles guide assessment, therapy, and organisational work.
01
Understand deeply
Every behaviour has a story. Every emotion has meaning. Therapy begins with understanding the person—not only naming a condition.
02
Assess scientifically
Careful psychological assessment supports accurate formulation and personalised treatment, especially for learning, attention, autism, and cognitive questions.
03
Treat holistically
Mental health is shaped by thoughts, emotions, behaviour, relationships, lifestyle, sleep, learning, and physical health—care attends to the whole picture.
04
Empower permanently
The aim is not dependence. Therapy helps people build lasting resilience, self-awareness, and coping skills they can carry forward.
