How this work unfolds

Part of Dr. Renu Goyal’s clinical practice in Noida—private sessions with a clear plan, not a one-off chat.

Adult sessions give you a private space to make sense of what is happening. We look at patterns that keep repeating, work on what you can change day to day, and move at a pace that feels manageable—not rushed, and not vague.

You will know what we are working on, why, and how we will check whether it is helping—without pressure to commit further than feels right.

  1. Step 1

    Map the pattern

Clarify triggers, history, and what change would look like in daily life.

  2. Step 2

    Build skills

Practise regulation, thinking tools, and boundaries between sessions.

  3. Step 3

    Consolidate

Review progress and plan how gains hold under pressure.

What to expect

  • A private conversation about what brought you, how long it has been going on, and what would feel like progress.
  • Together we name patterns—thoughts, emotions, relationships, work—and choose a pace that feels workable.
  • Between sessions you may try small skills or observations; we review what helped and what did not.

This is often a good fit when…

  • Anxiety, low mood, burnout, or trauma that is affecting sleep, work, or closeness.

Common questions

About adults support.

If your question is more general, the full FAQ covers booking, privacy, and first sessions.

How often do adult sessions usually happen?

Weekly or fortnightly is common at the start. We adjust once the work has a clearer shape, and we review whether the rhythm still makes sense.

Is this only for a diagnosis?

No. Many adults come for stress, burnout, relationship strain, or a stuck season of life. Assessment can be added later if clarity is needed.

Will I have homework?

Sometimes small practices between sessions help. They are agreed with you—not piled on as worksheets for their own sake.
