Excellence in clinical practice is strengthened by continuous research, scientific inquiry, and innovation. Dr. Goyal’s work bridges research and real-world care so evidence-based support reaches individuals, families, schools, and healthcare professionals.
She completed her Ph.D. in Psychology from GD Goenka University in 2024. Doctoral research examined cognitive processes underlying learning disabilities—especially working memory, attention, and cognitive processing in children with reading difficulties—and how PASS Theory–based interventions can improve learning outcomes.
Her work highlights early identification and scientifically designed intervention programmes for children with learning disorders, offering practical insights for psychologists, educators, and special educators.

Dr. Goyal is co-author of the Brain-Based Intelligence Test (BBIT), developed with Dr. J. P. Das, a leading expert on the PASS Theory of Intelligence. BBIT assesses planning, attention, simultaneous processing, and successive processing—especially useful for children with learning and developmental challenges.
She also contributed to data collection for the Wechsler Abbreviated Scale of Intelligence – Second Edition (WASI-II), supporting standardisation of a widely used intelligence assessment.
She has authored a chapter in a Government of India project on Specific Learning Disabilities (Indian Perspective), and writes accessible guidance for parenting and psychology publications including Responsible Parenting and PsyInsight.
